The album title, “Confine” (“Border”), highlights “this quest in wildland, where knowledge can’t illustrate or assert. If the structures and rhythms play on the changing of the reference points, the melodies and the harmonies are concentrated into hypnotic repetitions, almost obsessive. Like a chemical experiment of a compound whereby different elements are gradually added so as to study its reaction: this is the function of the harmonic mantras, forming the base for the reactions of the wind instruments, piano and rhythms, which erupt into an explosion of sound transforming itself from moment to moment.
